The hotel is in a lovely location near the lagoon and just a short walk to the center of Guatapé. The rooms are cozy with a double bed and a balcony, although the bed could be more comfortable. The service is efficient with available room service, laundry, and paid shuttle service. The dining offers delicious Neapolitan pizza, and the facilities are satisfying with no pool but a well-kept garden.
